Refund policy
A property brief is a digital good delivered electronically. This policy states when a brief is refundable and how to ask.
Draft · last updated 2026-06-26
A brief is generated on demand and delivered electronically — on screen and as a downloadable PDF — as soon as it is ready. Because it is a digital good consumed on delivery, a brief is non-refundable once delivered, except in the case below. By ordering, you ask for the brief to be made available immediately.
If you are charged but the brief cannot be generated and delivered to you, you are entitled to a full refund of that charge. "Generation failure" means, for example, that the pipeline could not complete the brief, or that no brief or PDF was made available to you after payment.
A brief that resolves honestly to a "Could not resolve" outcome for some fields — or that records "None recorded" for a theme — is not a generation failure: it is the product working as intended. alpflo reports what the public record states, including where the record is silent or where an edge case is reached. A correctly delivered brief that you are simply dissatisfied with is not refundable on that basis alone.
If you are charged more than once for the same brief, or charged in error, the duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full.
Contact the Provider at the address published at alpflo.dev/property, quoting your payment reference or receipt, within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such rights apply and cannot be waived, they prevail over this policy.
